A Community-based Preschool

We operate from 8am to 4pm, 48 weeks a year. There are two preschool groups – the Monday and Tuesday group with an option to add Wednesday, and the Thursday and Friday group with an option to also add Wednesday.

The Australian Government provides financial support for this long day care child care service under the Community Child Care Fund.

Families may access the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) through Centrelink to assist with preschool fees.

Providing a community-based, not-for-profit, quality early childhood education learning environment based on:

  • Cultivation of skills to think independently and creatively

  • Encouragement of natural curiosity and a lifelong desire for learning

  • Nurturing of, and support for, the journey of self-identity, acknowledging the importance of family and community

  • Development of an understanding and respect for our natural environment, our impacts on it and everything in it

  • A grateful appreciation of the Biripi people as the original custodians of our local lands
